Consistant naming in the Constitution Generation

Feature / Issue

When you fill in the form to create a Nation it generates the "About" part on the Nation (which, as mentioned previously, should be renamed to "Constitution". The generated parts should be consistent with the "Articles" of the Constitution.

i.e. on the BITNATION nation for instance:
Holocracy should be the decision making system, not the government system.
Law enforcement is through ID & Reputation, but not ID & Reputation Law Enforcement...
Bitnation uses multiple legal codes, but not "bitnation uses multiple legal codes as its legal system (because a legal system is much more than the code of law).
On diplomatic recognition, Instead of "Earth governments" it should say "Legacy Organizations like Nation State Governments and Transnational Organizations"

Need to coordinate on in-app writing and editing.
