Navbar disappeared

I set the container width to 200% and my navbar has disappeared. If I use the browser's bottom scroller to go all the way right, the settings button is no longer in the top right (no navbar)

How can I fix this if I can't access my settings?

edit Luckily I have the Octolapse plugin and the settings can also be accessed within Octolapse. WIthout Octolapse, I reckon I would have been screwed. Perhaps a suggestion would be to not allow the Navbar to be beyond the scrollable screen!
