Presalm directive tags are introduced and left styles per USFM guidelines. This

  1. maintains the integrity and meaning of small caps within scripture (name of Diety) and
  2. labels these as they are.

However, the verse number moves AFTER the \d tag, which matches YLT, but not the LSV. However, with the current DROP cap style for chapters, no verse number 1 appears, so this is an issue to deal with later.

Explanation: Drop cap chapters take less room, and the design intent is to fit this within Amazon KDP limits (< 828 pages - 244 x 170mm.) No KDP submission is intended, just working the text for this size, which is similar to 1280 pages - 6in x 9in limit for snowfall press, but takes less work (only 828 pages to set, not 1280).
