Issue introduced with 'resourceless' queues in 0.0.4

Think this relates to the addition of resource wrapping. Potentially change default for resource wrapping to None, and if so, skip the step (as it's getting stuck on the fact the resource ID column won't exist).

Ideally also introduce check for presence of resource ID column if resource wrapping set, and raise error if not present?
