Two microphone issues:

1. The app is not using the default microphone

I have two mic on the PC, one is the webcam mic and the other one is a dedicated mic that is not always connected to the PC.
I can select to use the webcam mic but there is no option to say to use the system mic or the settings did not work.
When I attach the dedicated mic the app still using the webcam microphone. I don't see to have this issue when I use for example Telegram for Windows.

I expect the app use the default mic so if the dedicated mic is connected to the PC the app will use that, if not will use the webcam.
Telegram as this option: the mic is set to default.
In linphone-desktop I see the deafult capture option but near is indicated unknow and this option did not work.

2. After a call where mic as used, Windows say the mic is still in use from linphone-desktop even when the call has ended

When I end a call, Windows still say that the mic are used by your app. I need close the app, exit completely and reopen for resolve this issue.
