Message Queu messages

When a build breaks we all have out favorite ways to see notifications

Instead of building an interface with all kind of device or software
A cool way would be to be able to send a configurable message to some MQTT or similar kind of service
and then anyone / anytool can read that message and do something with it

I'm well aware this is really a nice to have, nothing serious, yet it would allow me to change the color of my LED lights (which are already controled by sending such message)
