Refer card number BAH-641: Move from service to systemctl for reference.

Description:
We have created to move from service to systemctl command as part of CentOS 7 upgrade epic. But the above card only have the changes for bahmni-installer i.e bahmni-playbooks and bahmni-package repo's. Other build/code repos changes will be handled as part of this card. we need to move from service command to systemctl for this repo too.

Refer Bahmni/bahmni-package#9 for related changes.

I am not aware of any release-able service from here. Which one are you talking bout?
