Login to Ampache 7 not possible

Login into my ampache 7 installation on my webhosting server is not possible within the app, credentials work fine in the browser

Interresting. I haven't changed anything at the login mechanism for over 3 years.

Have you tried to connect to your Ampache server via subsonic API? For that you need to generate a API key and select in Amperfy the Subsonic API.

Have you activated/allowed the API in Ampache (Ampache->Preferences->Options)?

Yes, the Ampache API should be active and i have tried to use the subsonic API with the generated API key. Username / password works fine in Chrome (desktop & mobile)
