Windows-Classic 1.0 does not work in Manjaro

Windows-Classic v1.0 works fine in XFCE v4.16 in Debian 11.

Unfortunately, Windows-Classic v1.0 does not work in XFCE v4.18 in modern Manjaro.

Please fix it.

The color coloring and some other fragments do not work in it.
For example, the view of the top of the Thunar file manager:
in Debian normal

and in Manjaro doesn't work (gray):
