Provisioning of VM extension RunCommandWindows has timed out

Hi,
I have a simple VM setup in Azure (Standard D4s v3 (4 vcpus, 16 GiB memory)), and I installed several custom applications there. One of them has a long run time (more then 90 minutes). I start that application remotely from my laptop:
Invoke-AzVMRunCommand -CommandId RunPowerShellScript -ResourceGroupName MyRG -VMName MyVM -ScriptPath C:\remote_test.ps1, where remote_test.ps1 is just a call to my executable installed on the VM:
& 'C:\MyApp.exe' myparam
The program run exactly for 90 minutes, then it gets cancelled. How do I increase the run time/timeout setting? I could find anything in the docs, This is the complete error stack:

@antusainc you can try the new Az.Compute module 4.19.0. Use Set-AzVMRunCommand and set the -TimeoutInSeconds parameter to set the timeout.
