Description

When deploying the ACR/private Bicep registry I would like to have the repo also control the settings of the registry.

Today this is solely controlled with a script during publication using Azure CLI to create the ACR if it does not exist. During its lifecycle I would like to also be able to configure other settings of the ACR like RBAC, sku and authentication.
