Emoticon displayed twice in selection menu

See attached image. This makes finding a specific emoticon a somewhat inconvenient process. Vertically larger emoticons don't get doubled, just standard height emoticons

@eqprog we thought we fixed this (see #1105), but very possible we thought wrong. When did you log in to this session?

@nolanw For good measure, I just now logged out, force closed the app and restarted, and logged back in. I can confirm that the emoticons are still being doubled.
