request: remove/replace Imgur integration

Given the current issues with Imgur the integration should be removed and replaced with something else.

Additional information

Imgur is stopping anonymous uploads, technically the deadline was Monday but it seems to still be working. Presumably it will be completely shut off in the near future. As a result, goons are continuing to upload images that will likely be lost forever

We should split this request into two items

1. Disable imgur anonymous uploads
2. Support additional image hosts

I believe there is a goon-run(owned? commercial) image host that starts with an "I"
