Is possible to make so I can hear people on mapper?

So when I am using mapper I cant hear anyone, I want to know if that is a error or if I should make something to make that work, samething happends with esx_spectate but I solved it when I got the spectator close to the person spectating, in mumble voip i dindn't had to do that, how can I make it like mumble, on that aspect
