Heaters still produce heat even though it is disabled #77

When I disable the heaters using a processor,it still generates heat.
Although rejoining does solve the issue though
(can't show the video,its too large but you can recreate this with a processor and a functioning heater)

Oh yeah, the combustion heaters will not consume coal while it is disabled so free heat lol
