What happened?

I install version Avail_0.4.5_x64_en-US-debug.msi on Windows 10 19045.2486.
Once I open wallet screen with Connecting to the Aleo Blockchain... is displayed. After some time the Failed to fetch latest update appears. And after that nothing is happend. See Screenshot
