Update the readme with deprecation message #330

This package is no longer being maintained.
I spent way too much time troubleshooting what turned out to be an open issue with this library.

I highly recommend that the readme be updated with a deprecation warning and a link to the official aws sdk:
https://www.npmjs.com/package/aws-sdk
