Harper language server going out of sync with the document #366

Using Helix 25.01 with harper-ls v0.15.0 I get this happen:

It worked to start with, but at some point this happened. When the cursor is placed on the error no code action is available.

I have had harper-ls crash and stop giving any code actions many times, there is definitely a bug somewhere. I get no such problems with ltex-ls.

I have looked in the Helix log. I found this error before with other strange behavior:
