Will be nice to have harper as Intellij plugin

There seems to be some support for language server protocol

That would indeed be cool. However, I'm not super familiar with the IntelliJ ecosystem, nor do I have time right now to get this done.

If someone from the community wants to get it done, I would be happy to help in any way I can. I believe @OxygenCobalt also expressed interest at some point.
