Describe the issue

If you empty out AR magazines, it creates extra rounds of ammunition past the 15 that get dropped out if you pick them up in ammo piles and attempt to re-insert them back into the magazine.

How to reproduce

1. Pick up AR magazine from standard security armory.
2. Empty the magazine.
3. Pick up the rounds in piles
4. Put them into the magazine until it reaches the 15 round limit
5. Notice free ammo that come out of existence.
