Describe the issue

Related (in some way) to #18172

Lava Exoplanets should ideally spawn with some kind of atmosphere, generally hot and completely miserable ones. To my knowledge, this has never actually happened due to this bug; destroyed rock tiles reveal unsimmed terrain that eats the whole atmosphere whenever a ruin spawns near a wall or some Miner blows open a rock.

Previously, they just spawned an unsimmed tile; Now they spawn both an Unsimmed and a Simmed Tile

How to reproduce

  1. Allow the Overmap to generate a Lava Exoplanet
  2. (Optional): Break open a rock turf yourself (otherwise; let a random ruin do it for you)
  3. Be affected by Space Wind (tm) and watch as a 10,000C world with 20 atm of pressure is a complete vacuum.
