Describe the issue

when trying to use the multi-purpose gripper to insert a fuel rod into the fuel injector it inserts the fuel rod and takes the fuel rod out instantly

How to reproduce

1.Select multi-purpose gripper as a Maintenece Drone
2.Pick up any Fuel Rod with multi-purpose gripper
3. Attempt to insert Fuel Rod
