Numerous Asset Rights have to be re-created after upgrade from 3.8.9 to 4.0.2

This is probably due to the domain for some AT rights changing, from RTx::AssetTracker::System, to RT::System. In Asset Tracker 3.0, all (global) rights will now be under RT::System.

There should probably be a script or upgrade "content" file that will automatically migrate all RTx::AssetTracker::System right to RT::System.

Or just make RTx::AssetTracker::System EquivObjects?
