[servicing] Nitrocid KS v0.0.24.19: Colorful and Pretty!

We've released 0.0.24.19 to make it more beautiful by updating Terminaux and a bunch of other libraries.

This release contains a variety of changes, including, but not limited to:

• [*] Fixed a regression where "root" wouldn't get admin privileges as it should
