I can't get the Blazor Applications to work

I downloaded the applications and I am able to run all of the applications and I am able to build the database from the migrations.
I cannot run the Blazor application. I removed all the blocking. security. I am getting a 404 error when I run it. I've tried changing the port number. What is the problem?! I am frustrated

I am also having the same issue, it works fine if I change the port settings to the default port settings that is first created with a new project

The compiler is complaining about these lines:
