Describe the feature

I wanted to have the in-game mod guide translated into my language.

I tried to make translations for my language (using Google translator), but I realized that there was no way, it is fixed in English, I wanted something adaptive like the item translations in: src/main/resources/assets/ae2/lang

Reasons why it should be considered

Have pity on me, my English has 2 errors every 3 words.
