Build fail

I don't see any mention on this in the README.MD so I drop it here.

After cloning and building with version 10.6.2.0 I see this fatal:

[dcc32 Fatal Error] uTools.pas(6): F2613 Unit 'JCLSecurity' not found.

What additional steps are needed to build xampp-control?

Didn't test with 10.6.2.0 yet, but seems to me that you missed to include the JCL library for 32bit.

To compile the JCL library follow these steps Compile JEDI Code Library dependency (2.7.0.5676)

To add the compiled JCL library folders follow these steps: compile-xampp-control-panel (double check if you selected the 32-bit platform at the dialogue you can add the folders)
