There are a subset of vulnerabilities which require elevated permissions to execute, for example cve-2014-4322 which is a system->root : https://github.com/laginimaineb/cve-2014-4322/blob/master/Feud/jni/main.c

If the device is rooted, we can check for some of these system -> roots
