Generally, one can connect to other nodes simply by it's node number. This doesn't work for "private" nodes or nodes where the network connectivity is constrained (e.g. multiple servers on a local LAN with a router than won't hairpin back the network traffic).

For these cases, it would be nice to provide a menu option to add a node with it's IP.

[nodes]
1999 = [email protected]/1999,NONE
1998 = [email protected]/1998,NONE  ; add this line for connectivity to a private node
