Add secondary DNS provider

in chrome://settings/security there is option to Select DNS provider

can we have this option duplicated/cloned? so it would act like secondary backup in case something would happen to primary dns provider

recently I used Quad9 (9.9.9.9) which got attacked by DDoS and all websites showed ERR_NAME_NOT_REESOLVED. pinpointing the exact cause took some time and with secondary dns provider it would certainly save time
