Missing designs / logic on sign up

As we're going to do the sign up banner on multiple pages the question is trivial where is it going to lead to? We are missing possible designs, but also routing and logic (social login + email or only email) to have a better understanding how users can sign up. Is it also the sign up for artists who wants to join the charity or for users who wants to support the artists + charities?

Expected Behavior

Having a design mockup and determined logic how we want people to sign up, and what for.
