I configured multiple user rules to block multiple tags and classes in Fobes.com pages.
However, all these elements are loaded as if my rules do not exist.
AdGuard log does bot show

It turns out there was a user rule with $generichide for this URL.
After removing that rule, all other user rules started working.

The issue persists - after I reload the web page a couple of times, my user rules are ignored again

The root cause turned out to be - User Rules toggle was getting disabled
