Config DoH or DoT on linux client using systemd-resolved

Hello I have ADH on my serverand would like to setup DoH or DoT on my linux laptop, I already did on firefox but would like to also set it on systemd-resolved. I am not sure what to use if my public IP or domain (if possible only using domain would be better as I have no fixed IP on my server), also the other fetaures if on or off. My idea is no use it in LAN and in WAN. It already works in WAN on other devices like my android phone via DoT.
