Multi-processing

Ran 100% full scale example in 59 minutes on Azure on one machine with 64 processors and 432GB RAM
Cost was $5! and max RAM usage was 234GB
Coding largely complete, just inline docs and some settings clean-up required
Added three new example configurations, see dev:
- mp - multi-processing setup
- stride - run on separate machines but not really useful because incomplete
- azure - Azure cloud based automatic setup and run files
Before TRB, will run on the 128 processor
Need to work on user documentation next, and then do a pull request (and release)
