Pipelining and random numbers

• Discuss progress from last meeting

• @RSG - update documentation since this is a significant revision to the framework

Separating defaults (mtctm1) from the core

• We began prototyping a better separation of concerns, as discussed a bit here and #169
• So, we'll have two repos, in part to help with testing, and also with integration with the ODOT popSim and FHWA bca4abm projects
• Let's discuss a plan (which is related to the governance plan discussion) before we do much more work

Governance

• @Joe - discuss updates to governance plan
• @Ben - I think we should move to an ActivitySim organization account, create the ownership team, and start putting projects under there
