Looks like Grandstream just receives a NOTIFY request (actually twice as the first one seems to be rejected because its missing auth info) to go pull the config again.
Implementing this on seulephone and flexisip (flexisip should detect if the app is open, if not send a push notification to wake up the phone to pull the config) would be an extremely useful feature.
