We should have a FusionPBX Dashboard item shown when you log in to display new text messages and encourage you to navigate to Web Texting to handle these texts with a single click.

This work is a blocker for AccelerateNetworks/NumberSearch#464

Currently when you get a link to WebTexting you get redirected to the FusionPBX homepage for your domain.

Unfortunately this is awkward and confusing as you have to already know how to get into WebTexting from that point. This is accomplished by clicking on the Applications drop down menu and then clicking on Web Texting at the bottom of the list.

It would help the UX if one of the widgets on the home page (along side the New Voicemails and Missed Calls widgets) showed your most recent message and bumped you into WebTexting when you clicked on it.

I don't know how to add a widget to fpbx's dashboard. I haven't looked into it too far either fwiw.

@danry25 can you look into this? I would like to know if this would require users to modify their domain's dashboard (and if so how much?)
