NeoHtop on macOS may require the sudo privilege to close some processes, or it will show a message stating, "Failed to ..."
I think it is useful to create a Privileges Helper that registers a LaunchdDaemon using ServiceManagement or SMJobBless. It can maintain a state of high privilege for a long time without keeping asking user to type their password (only once while installing), and they do not need to run the app using Terminal to get the privilege.
