[REQUEST] Release neohtop to winget

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Downloading manually the .exe to upgrade neohtop is "tiresome" (we need to check the releases and GitHub feed is broken since months now) so having a way to automatically upgrade it would be cool.

You can use some Actions to automate the process of publishing a release (it only requires to open a PR afaik)

@EDM115 releases are already automated, I think once you get a notification on the app UI that a new release is available you can head to the website and download from the exe directly... am I missing something?

well some people could prefer to upgrade it using a package manager, it could allow for things like winget upgrade Abdenasser.neohtop, and some people also like using tools like UniGetUI to handle their updates without needing to launch every app individually.
winget is stable by now and used by many, and could allow for easy install as well
