Suggest to slight improve the description and remove redundant text in "Manage Solution" as shown below.

What is the difference between a "Target" vs. a "Target Type".
Is the target the collection of target-type + board name + device name?
The fact that in the screenshot above the target-type: matches the device: is simply coincidence.

Should the text include build-types as well?

Edit targets, build-types and project references in csolution.yml
