Hello AMajland,

i am very happy about this project because it matches to my configuration for bringing values from a Danfoss TLX 12.5 into home assistant.

But i have 3 values which are zero and i think they shouldn't be.

Total Energy Production

  • Don't know what Danfoss provides there, likely all energy from start?

Grid power, L3

  • As calculated from GridP total, and Grid power L1, L2, there is a difference. This should be L3. But its always zero.

Grid Frequency AVG

  • should be around 50 Hz

Here a data output from the web interface.
I don't know if the problem is related to my Danfoss unit or if it's in the data transfer adressing.

Best regards
Andreas

I've seen this behavior on others inverters as well.

That is, some values are not returned even trough they are available in the inverter and can be seen in an export of the datalog.

If you debug the response from the inverter you might see that it returns 13 characters not the expected 22 of a normal response.

With a serial monitor running you will a timeout when waiting for the response - there are some serial print commented out that you include again.

I've been given access to an inverter that shows the same behavior but not had the time for it yet. He has even tried with 3 different com boards in his inverter and they all behave differently (All with current firmware - even uploaded it again)
image (Has panels on PV1 and PV2 so PV3 is expected to be 0. But lot of other errors)

I still plan on trying to understand what is in the short 13 char response.
