Blocking mode doesn't work with ME chest #505

Describe the bug

In v0.56.5, the blocking mode in ME interface doesn't work when inserting items into ME chest.
To Reproduce

Start several crafting, and all items are inserted.
Expected behavior

Only one of each item is inserted.
Additional context

Environment

Minecraft Version: 1.12.2
AE2 Version: 0.56.5
Forge Version: 14.28.5.2859

No AE2-dependent mod installed.
