In one handed mode, apps list is not fully visible

Describe the bug

When I tried to use the app in one handed mode. It is impossible to reach for the bottom apps via the Alphabet scrolling and as well as normal scrolling.

Steps to reproduce

1. In home screen Open the one handed mode
2. Try scrolling using Alphabet scroll bar
3. Try scrolling normally as well

Does the issue also occur with other 3rd-party launchers?
