plotsprite/plotsprite4 won't accept a variable for tallheight parameter

Using a variable for the tallheight parameter would be handy for limiting the sprite from bleeding over to a line used for status or the like at the bottom of the screen when the sprite is displayed towards the bottom. It does not seem to currently work with variables.
