Hi,
I have installed GalaxyE_docker_galaxy-stable and a shiny docker. I'm also put a GE config into the galaxy docker, refer to "https://github.com/65MO/Galaxy-E/tree/master/GIE". But I can‘t open a shiny app with galaxy interactive environoments. Could you share me a successful instance which include a galaxy docker and a shiny docker?
best.

Hi @zhixuqiu ,
Thank you for testing GalaxyE! If you want to test a working Galaxy-E instance linked to Docker Shiny apps, you can try https://openstack-192-168-100-19.genouest.org/ . To deploy your own and connect your Galaxye docker instance with GIE docker images, you have to look at the Galaxy documentation and see how to connect Galaxy to GIE...
