Tabs are considered as support and the parameter Support X/Y Distance is also used for these elements . Due to a Cura limitation the Support X/Y Distance fixed on the tabs are not used and only the general Support X/Y Distance is used . So if you change this value for your supports this offset is also set on the tabs. I cannot do anything until the developpers of Cura will find a solution to this issue. I believe, the point of this comment was, that even for XY Support Distance set to 0, tabs are not joined to the model. The answer is to enable Support Brim (not the Brim itself, nor the Suports). On the other hand, supports are impossible to use together with TAW, due to low values of Support XY Distance required by TAW, making supports impossible to separate from the print.
Howdy, I'm finding that Tabs don't join to the model even with 0.0 distance unless I turn on Brim, which I was hoping I could replace with Tabs.
