A SNAPSHOT dependency can be found in

DSpace/dspace/modules/server/pom.xml

The cris-2024.02.00-SNAPSHOT dependency is contained in ./dspace/modules/server/pom.xml in the 2024.02.00 release tar ball and zip archive (https://github.com/4Science/DSpace/releases/tag/dspace-cris-2024.02.00).

You can find the SNAPSHOT dependency in server/pom.xml in the dspace-cris-2024.02.00 release tag as well:
