(the following discussion is for hkoscon 2018 website design, and 2017 design is freezed for months)

i have seen some of my friend cannot get the important info (eg. schedule) from the 2017 index page. namely they do not know the menu button and it expands when it is clicked
i guess, either
- the schedule is more highlighted in the index page, OR
- the menu should be more obvious, say not only a small button
