Smart groups multi-value filter inputs do not show helper text for errors

Description

In smart groups, there exist some filters that allow more than one value. When any of these values error, the field goes red, but there's no helper text.
It would be a good idea to display the helper text to improve the UX

Steps to replicate

• Create a new smart group
• Set the field to "IS"
• start adding new inputs

Current Behaviour

The input goes red, indicating an error, but no helper text is displayed to explain the error

Expected Behaviour

The helper text should always be displayed if there's an error
The room for the helper text should be created on the fly pushing downwards all the inputs underneath
