Add debezium settings corresponding to existing example sink settings. #44

For newbies like me ,Add debezium settings in the example that corresponds to existing sink configuration example.

I suspect that "event flattening SMT" is needed on the source side for the sink connector being able to consume the data.

transforms.unwrap.type=io.debezium.transforms.ExtractNewRecordState
as beeing documented here https://debezium.io/documentation/reference/stable/transformations/event-flattening.html
